Can I get a quote over the phone?
Unfortunately we can not give exact quotes over the phone, to get an accurate quote please bring your car into the shop or take pictures and email them to email@example.com
What should I do after an accident?
Contact our team first; we can advise the next steps, and deal with insurers if the accident was not your fault. We'll bring you a courtesy car if your insurance includes this. We do not supply courtesy cars if your vehicle is deemed a total loss.
Is work guaranteed?
We provide a competitive 12-month guarantee on all work.
How long will repairs take?
This depends on the type of damage, and how extensive it is. We will provide an accurate time estimate when we see your vehicle.
Can the repairs be delayed by anything?
We aim to minimise all delays, but some delays may be outside of our control. This includes parts shortages, sourcing parts for rare vehicles, and the discovery of further damage to the vehicle. We aim to notify you immediately.
What do I get charged for?
After an accident, you can be expected to pay:
What should I do if the insurer doesn't approve all repairs?
We are only able to repair damages related to your claim. Disputes should be taken up with your insurance company.
When/where do you collect and deliver?
We aim to give a one-hour timeslot for vehicle collections; we will let you know if there will be any delays.
What can you tell me about the courtesy car?
A courtesy car can be provided if your insurance policy includes this benefit. We do not charge for use of the courtesy car, though you are expected to pay for your own fuel.
