What should I do after an accident?

Contact our team first; we can advise the next steps, and deal with insurers if the accident was not your fault. We'll bring you a courtesy car if your insurance includes this. We do not supply courtesy cars if your vehicle is deemed a total loss. We aim to collect non-driveable vehciles within 48 hours. Our team will then provide an estimate on repair costs, and send this to the insurer; we typically get a confirmation for repairs or total loss within 48 hours. If your vehicle is in a safe driveable condition, we can often provide a mobile estimate, and the insurance companywill conact you directly. Once the repairs are done, we'll let you know; our team will knock £50 off your excess, an added bonus to choosing us!

Is work guaranteed?

We provide a competitive 12-month guarantee on all work.

How long will repairs take?

This depends on the type of damage, and how extensive it is. We will provide an accurate time estimate when we see your vehicle.

Can the repairs be delayed by anything?

We aim to minimise all delays, but some delays may be outside of our control. This includes parts shortages, sourcing parts for rare vehicles, and the discovery of further damage to the vehicle. We aim to notify you immediately.

What do I get charged for?

After an accident, you can be expected to pay: -Excess amount. This will be the amount you agreed with the insurance company; we'll refund £50 of this! -VAT (if you are VAT registered) -Any fines (e.g. parking charges, speeding tickets) you incur whilst driving our courtesy car -Any damages caused to the courtesy car -Additonal work requested not covered by the insurance (e.g. upgraded parts)

What should I do if the insurer doesn't approve all repairs?

We are only able to repair damages related to your claim. Disputes should be taken up with your insurance company.

When/where do you collect and deliver?

We aim to give a one-hour timeslot for vehicle collections; we will let you know if there will be any delays. We are happy to offer free collection vehicles within 50 miles of Salford, which includes the following postcodes: M, OL, WN, WA, SK

What can you tell me about the courtesy car?

A courtesy car can be provided if your insurance policy includes this benefit. We do not charge for use of the courtesy car, though you are expected to pay for your own fuel. Anyone who is able to drive your car on your car's policy can also drive the courtesy car. We aim to provide a suitable vehicle, but if you require a like-for-like vehicle please speak to your insurer. You are responsible for paying any parking fines, speeding tickets and othert fines whilst using our courtesy car.
